Christine Jones, Nurse Practitioner, recently joined the Spine Care Center in November 2012. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 1998. She then completed her Master’s and became a family nurse practitioner at Creighton University in 2005. She was also an adjunct clinical faculty member in the nursing program at College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska.
Christine has 13 years of experience in several different fields of medicine. She has experience with pain management, orthopedics, and trauma from her time as a flight nurse in the Army and Air Force. Christine is Board Certified from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and was inducted into the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau.
Christine recently moved from Florida to the Northern Virginia area and enjoys spending time with her two young sons and husband. Athletics are a favorite past-time and some of her favorites include volleyball, running, and Taekwondo. She is welcoming Northern Virginia as her new home and is an invaluable asset to the Spine Care Center’s team of expert medical professionals.
